We design and evaluate a variety of capital structures to provide a "road map" for each funding alternative. This approach enables clients to understand the full cost and benefits of a variety of debt and equity alternatives prior to selecting a course of action. We assemble high quality memoranda that enable clients to negotiate the optimal terms. Our longstanding relationships allow clients to select several alternative offers from lenders and investors seeking opportunities of the size, geography and risk level in their specific industry segment.
